Week 38 This is Where the Fun Begins

 Captian's Log:

Transfers happened, and were in the same game, same map, different players.

My new companion is Elder Inês, a seasoned Capoverdeano that works likes he's Baymax. We basically waltz up to folks, he hand them a small photo a Christ as boom contact. We've been having good sucess, seeing miracles, and dare I say fun.

Our friend Thauan is progressing a ton. He's 28 and a little shy but he's actually studying The Book of Mormon and coming to church, and accepted a batismal date! We've got other friends working towards baptism too, but it is such a struggle to get people to 8:00 church (or church in general). But good thing is when they're there you know they're probably interested.

We've also been having fun as a zone. We're doing "Superhero Civil War", basically everyone a superhero (I'm the Pink Panther) and you "battle" going out and doing missionary work. Cool way to animate what was a pretty dead zone last transfer.

Lastly, got our first taste of World Cup in Brazil last night! People are starting to decorate the streets and paint the road and I think the summer gonna get crazy.
